Mary Grace had her first soccer practice last week!
Mary Grace is playing in an 'I am Third' soccer league. She is the youngest and smallest on her team (all the other girls are 4 and 5). Several of the other girls have played soccer before...but I was really proud of Mary Grace at practice. She was, by no means, the best. Actually, she was probably among the worst. But she tried really hard, listened really well and genuinely had a great time. Her coach impressed me so much. She clearly has a gift for working with kids and I'm very happy Mary Grace will get the chance to have such a positive first team experience with her. 
She looks pretty tough, huh?
