Nicole had the idea to take the kids on a "trip" while we were in town so she booked a room at the JW Marriott (in Orlando). Cooper, Brady and Mary Grace had so much fun all week talking about their trip. They were super excited!
The JW is incredible! There are about 5 different pools, plus this perfect beach entry pool that doesn't ever get too deep, a lazy river and a huge hot tub. The three kids had a blast swimming all day!
After everyone was completely exhausted we went back to the room and had a pizza party!
And then movie night!

In theory, this "trip" sounded amazing. And, in fact, up until about 10PM it was absolutely perfect. After 10PM- not so much! 2 adults and 3 children sleeping in 1 room was like spending the night in the zoo. Brady was a little parrot in the corner in a pack 'n play. He kept saying "hello" over and over again...all night. Cooper went back and forth between 'shh'-ing Brady, and trying to convince us all he was Super Man. And then Mary Grace- the talker. She talked, and talked, and talked...all night. I am seriously doubtful that any of us got more than an hour of sleep- total.
But, GREAT memory! Nicole and I have already had some serious laughs over the night and I'm sure the kids will always remember their 'trip'!
