For the last couple of weeks there have been beautiful tulips blooming all over Lexington! I kept waiting on the ones in our yard to come up so I could take some pictures. But as of Monday it was looking like mine weren't going to bloom so I broke down and took pictures with some flowers in our neighborhood.
I promised Mary Grace that we'd go feed the ducks after taking pictures with the tulips. It didn't last long- these ducks were agressive! I'm not a huge fan of birds and they got WAY too close for comfort.
Later this week our tulips finally started blooming!
Brent and I planted these in early February (before we read the directions on the bag...you're suposed to plant them in the fall before the first freeze!)
