The Magic Kingdom
March 22nd, 2010
We arrived at the entrance to the park about 10 minutes before the gates opened. It was really perfect for Mary Grace because she got to see all the characters arrive on the train. Although she had been talking about our Disney day for weeks, I think seeing all the characters arrive helped her understand a bit more (and get even more excited...if that was possible!)

Dumbo was one of her favorite rides of the day. She was also on a yellow kick all day and whenever possible chose to ride in the yellow elephant, car, bucket, etc.

Mary Grace was actually really excited to meet all the characters, but she didn't want them to touch her (as per her normal Mary Grace quirkiness...she is NOT a hugger/cuddler/toucher). She loved talking to them and even sang to one of them!
Cinderella

Mary Grace asked Belle where the Beast was (I think she wanted to make sure he wasn't going to pop out from behind the curtains...he's a little scary!) and then she complimented Belle's earrings!

Brent and I made reservations at Cinderella's Magic Table (the castle) for lunch. It was a lot of fun for Mary Grace to have the princesses come visit her at her table!
Snow White

Jasmine
Belle (which Mary Grace noted- "you changed your outfit" since we'd seen Belle earlier in the park wearing her yellow dress! Fortunately, she wasn't observant enough to realize that the girls looked NOTHING alike! Ha!)

Our day at Disney could not have been more perfect! We got to go on a ton of rides without spending a lot of time in line, the weather was perfect (low 70's...although notice Mary Grace and I had on long sleeves most of the day- we are truly Florida girls!), we caught a couple shows/parades, and Mary Grace didn't stop smiling the whole day!
