Last weekend Mary Grace's cousin, Owen, came to visit. We LOVED having him here and almost didn't give him back!
Friday night we went to the Legends baseball game. We had amazing seats right behind home plate, but unfortunately with two kids...we didn't spend a whole lot of time in our seats! Applebee's Park is wonderful because there is a huge kids area out in left field with lots of inflatables, a carousel and a playground.

Before the game started Mary Grace and Owen were watching the players warm up and they threw them game balls. Mary Grace thought they were playing catch and threw hers back down to them. They took the opportunity to autograph the balls for the kids. It was really sweet how excited the autographs made Owen!

Mary Grace had just a moment where I thought she'd actually fall asleep. No such luck! Seconds after this picture she got a second wind.

Saturday morning I made "game day eggs" (orange) and I let Owen pick the pancake color (blue). It kind of turned into a Florida gameday breakfast...but that was an accident!

Brent really enjoyed having a boy around all weekend! They were up at 6AM every morning playing PlayStation, and they played baseball in the backyard several times throughout the weekend!
Our neighborhood had a cute little playground. Owen took his scooter and the kids had a great time racing down the slide.
Saturday we took the kids roller skating. It was Mary Grace and Owen's first time. They both did a great job and really picked it up quickly!
Mary Grace didn't fit into the smallest size skate, so she had to wear these over her shoes. I didn't think about that ahead of time and all she had were the shoes with a heal! Poor thing had to roller skate in heals!
We made Coco Krispy treat footballs

Saturday night we let Owen pick out a movie- Ice Age 3. We popped popcorn, made ice cream sundaes and then watched the end of the UT football game after the movie.
