It's July.
Wait, WHAT?
This summer is flying by way too quickly. We are trying to dig our heels in and slow summer down!
I intended to post a blog with all June pictures before July started, but that didn't happen!
So here is our June...

Meghan, Brian and Carter welcomed the newest addition to their family- Rylan- on Monday, June 28th.
We love him already! (He is about 2 hours old in the picture.)

Saturday, June 26th our friends from Florida- Scott and Rachel- came up to visit and celebrate Scott's 30th birthday. We spent the day on the lake.
We love him already! (He is about 2 hours old in the picture.)
Mary Grace loved watching the "lake-boarders" (wake boarders) and swimming with Ms. Rachel.

Last week we babysat Blair. Mary Grace had so much fun being a 'helper.' She sang to Blair, helped feed her the bottle, read to Blair and handed her toys.

The Friday before Meghan's scheduled c-section, we decided to go out to lunch one last time with just 2 kids. Now that there are three kids- age 2, 1 and newborn...I'm not sure we'll be going out any time soon!

(we have SEVERAL Cooper's in our life and Mary Grace distinguishes each of them differently. I'm actually pretty sure she thinks it is part of their name)
She is such a little diva these days!

July is shaping up to be an even busier month than June (hard to believe)- our cousins from Denver arrive tonight and will spend a week in Knoxville. Mary Grace can't wait to play with Emory and Hadley! And we're spending a week in Hilton Head soon.
3 Quick June stories:
1. Mary Grace got a ton of misquito bites the other night (catching fire flies...post on that to come with "F" week) All week she has been complaining about her "my skito boo-boos"
2. Mary Grace found a book the other day that must have been missing (we have SO many books, I'd never know that we were looking for 1). It was her Golden Book Bible and when she found it she said "Yook, I found God!"
3. Mary Grace has been very interested in her letters (yay!) At least 50 times a day she will ask me "what letter does start with ____?" It is always said exactly like that, no matter how many times I correct her word order. Her favorite word to ask about is poo-poo. The other night she asked me "what letter does start with dirt?" and I replied "D" and she said "yike Daddy."
