Play Dates

Last week Mary Grace had a very busy social calendar. Between school days she squeezed in a day at the gym with her new friend from school, Cooper, went to the park and picnic-ed with Natalie, and spent a day at the zoo with Carter.

Somehow these two pictures got deleted off my last post, but they are too sweet not to share.

Mary Grace and Baby Brady
Fall has been very busy around our house (surprise, surprise!) With the start of football season we have been running a bed and breakfast here at our house- guests 5 out of the last 5 weekends...and we can't wait for our UGA company this weekend!
School is going VERY well for Mary Grace. She loves her friends, she loves her teachers and she wakes up every morning asking if we are going to "church" (which is school). I have gotten great reports from her teachers- she is very social, talkative, etc (again, surprise, surprise!) Our two favorite things about school...besides the free time for me...are seeing her artwork and hearing the new expressions that come out of Mary Grace's mouth. Here are a few recent examples:
1. Mary Grace got time out the other day and as I told her it was over she threw her hands up in the air and said "Praise Da Yord" (Praise the Lord).
2. She is constantly reminding us to "raise hand" when we talk to her!
3. Lately it seems like when ever she is trying to get away with something she will remind us "God made you. God made Mary Grace."

haha...I love it ("God made you. God made Mary Grace"). She's rather clever, huh?
