Brent took Thursday and Friday off work so we could spend a little extra time as a family. Very quickly our 4 days got packed with fun activities. We managed to cram in the Aquarium, several trips to the pool, Books & Blooms at the UT gardens, a bachelor party (just Brent), 2 birthday parties, a Mayfield Dairy Farm tour, dinner out with Aunt Kelly, church, a picnic with Carter and a pj breakfast with cousins...not to mention a few tantrums, meltdowns and dramatic performances!

Looking for fish in the UT Garden pond
(of course she wasn't scared...she did think the massive amount of slobber was "yuck")
Picnic with Carter
The Tennessee Aquarium

Apparently we have adapted our child a little too much to strange situations. She was not surprised/scared/happy/excited/awestruck to see this large shark. She tried to carry on a conversation with him just as she would with Brent or I. She was very concerned that he "see" the music table on the other side of the plaza and she kept nodding at him after he would look in the direction she pointed.
The Smokey Mountains
Mayfield Dairy Farm
The best part- the ice cream!
PS. The girl from Atlanta didn't realize dairy cows aren't all black and white. HAD there been cows on the farm and HAD they been black and white- Mary Grace would have looked adorable matching them. Instead I will just call it her tribute to Michael Jackson outfit!
