At her 18 month appointment Mary Grace weighed 22 lbs 4 oz and was 32 inches long. She is changing so much every day. These are a few of our favorite new things:

1. At this point Mary Grace will repeat almost any word we ask her to say. And although they aren't always dead on, we love hearing her try.

2. She is just starting to put two words together on her own. The most common Mary Grace sayings are "pretty shoes," "pat-pat puppy," "no-no baby" and "more please."

3. We have been working on "yes ma'am." Instead of actually saying the words she will raise her eyebrows at us and do a very exaggerated nod with her head. We try so hard not to laugh.

4. We have been asking Mary Grace "where is your nose? where is your ear? where is your belly? Where are your piggies?" In that exact order. Every time. The other day we asked her where her nose was and she proceeded to point to her nose, then ear, then belly, then toes...without being prompted. Whoops...looks like she is starting to out smart us!
